Floway is the first smart flower vending machine service in the Baltics with 13 machines in Riga and surroundings. Flowers can be bought online (floway.lv) or directly at the machine paying by bank card. After an online purchase the code is sent via SMS and is valid for 3 hours. Machines operate 24/7, and flowers are kept at 8-10°C in water reservoirs, so at home they stay fresh on average up to approximately 2 weeks. Where are Floway flower vending machines located?
Floway has 13 machines in Riga and surroundings: RIX Riga Airport, RIMI Skanstes 17, RIMI Lielezeres, Elemental Business Centre, Tērbatas Business Centre, TC Rīga Plaza, TC SPICE, TC DAMME Imanta, TC Apelsīns Ādaži, TC Sāga Meža vārti, Origo clock, Virši DUS Babīte and Elvi Mārupe.
Do Floway machines operate at night and on holidays?
Yes, all 13 Floway flower vending machines operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays, weekends and nights.

How to buy flowers?
How do I buy flowers at a Floway machine?
There are two ways. Online: open floway.lv, choose a machine and a bouquet, pay by card and receive an SMS code to open the flower vending machine. Or visit your nearest flower vending machine and pay by card on the spot. In both cases the process takes just a few minutes. Detailed guide.
How do I receive the SMS code after purchase?
After successful online payment, the SMS code is sent automatically to the phone number provided. The code is valid for 3 hours after purchase and works at the machine where the bouquet was purchased.
How long is the SMS code valid?
The code is valid for 3 hours from the time of purchase. It is single-use and works only at the specific machine where the bouquet was purchased. If you don't manage to use the code in time, call +371 26190920.
What payment methods does Floway accept?
Both online and at the machine, purchases can be paid by bank card. Machines do not accept cash. Invoice is sent automatically to email immediately after payment.
Can I order flowers from abroad?
Yes, the Floway online store is available from anywhere in the world. You can buy a bouquet, pay by card and send the SMS code to a recipient in Latvia. An ideal solution for Latvians abroad who want to delight family or friends.

Why are Floway flowers fresher?
Why do Floway flowers stay fresh longer?
Floway maintains an uninterrupted cold chain (8-10°C) from the florist studio in Mārupe to the flower vending machines across Riga. Flowers are always kept in a water reservoir, not floral foam. In the machine bouquets are kept on average approx 2 days, so at home they maintain freshness up to approximately 2 weeks. Read more about the freshness chain.
How long do Floway flowers last at home?
On average up to approximately 2 weeks - about twice as long as flowers bought at traditional flower shops (5-7 days). The difference occurs because Floway flowers have not been exposed to heat or drying out before delivery.
Does the photo match the real bouquet?
Yes. Each photo is taken in real time when the bouquet is placed in the machine. What you see in the online store is exactly the same bouquet you will receive.
Why does each bouquet look different?
Our florists create bouquets from the freshest available flowers every day. This means each bouquet is unique and different. It is a testament that flowers are genuinely fresh and made from the best available that day.
Do I need to add water to the flowers after receiving them?
Floway bouquets are already in a water reservoir with sufficient water. Water can be topped up as needed, but it is not required. Flowers do not need stems cut or a vase - bouquets can be placed right away.

How to give flowers?
How do I give flowers to another person?
Choose the most convenient machine for the recipient, buy a bouquet and after payment forward the received SMS code together with the machine address. The recipient will collect the flowers at a convenient time. The code is valid for 3 hours and works only at the specific machine. See the gift guide.
Will the recipient know what bouquet awaits them?
No! And that is part of the surprise. As a buyer you will see the real bouquet photo at the moment of purchase, but the recipient will see the bouquet only at the flower vending machine.
Does the code work at any Floway machine?
No, the code is tied to the specific machine where the bouquet was purchased. That is why it is important to choose the location most convenient for the recipient and also send them the exact machine address.

Yes, an invoice is sent automatically to email immediately after purchase. No need to request separately or wait. Simple and fast accounting for your company.
Is Floway suitable for corporate gifts?
Yes, Floway is an excellent solution for business gifts. Flowers available 24/7, invoice sent automatically, and our machines are located in main business centres - Elemental BC, Tērbatas BC and other strategic locations.
